General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1 – Reservation Conditions:
Any reservation is only effective and final after receiving the contract duly completed, dated, and signed, along with a deposit. This contract will be returned to you, signed by the campsite manager for confirmation.Any modification to this contract must be communicated in writing beforehand and will only be possible after agreement from the campsite.
Any deposit paid is non-refundable. For any mobile home booking made less than 30 days before your arrival, you must pay the full amount of the rental upon booking.
In case of incorrect information provided by the renter, this contract will be automatically canceled, and the sums paid will remain with the campsite.
Upon arrival, all tenants must report to the reception with their booking confirmation and settle the arrival formalities (deposit for rentals and balance payment for pitches).
For rentals: arrivals during peak season are at 4 PM. During low season, arrivals are also at 4 PM. Departures are at 10 AM.
For pitches: the pitch is available from 10 AM on the arrival day specified in the contract until the departure day specified in the contract (before 3 PM).
2 – Delayed Arrival or Early Departure:
You must notify the campsite of any delay in your arrival to keep your reservation.The campsite reserves the right to dispose of the reserved pitch if there is no contact 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date. Payments made will not be refunded.
No refunds or reductions will be granted in case of delayed arrival or early departure.
3 – Cancellation:
a/ Rentals:
- For any cancellation made more than 30 days before the arrival date, the full amount paid will remain with the campsite.
- For any cancellation made within 30 days of the arrival date, for any reason, the full amount of the reserved stay will be due and will remain with the campsite.
4 – Cancellation and Interruption Insurance (Recommended):
We strongly recommend subscribing to insurance to receive reimbursement for accommodation costs (according to the insurance’s general terms). This insurance is optional and represents 3% of the stay cost.- In the case of cancellation or interruption of the stay, the campsite’s liability will not be engaged, and therefore, no refund will be provided by the campsite.
- The insurance premium must be paid in full when booking the stay and is non-refundable.
- Cancellation and interruption insurance refunds the full amount paid before the arrival of the stay and the unused portion of the stay on a pro-rata basis in case of early return (excluding booking fees and tourist tax).
- In the event of a claim, you must notify the insurance company within 5 days.

5 – Deposit:
For each rental, a deposit is requested upon arrival to cover potential damages. This will be refunded at departure after inventory and inspection. A sum of €80 will be retained if the rental is not ready to be re-rented immediately, such as: floor swept and cleaned throughout the rental, gas cleaned including burners and oven (depending on the rental), refrigerator defrosted and cleaned without requiring intervention from maintenance staff.Each rental includes all kitchen equipment, bed protection, and blankets. Bed sheets are not provided (disposable sheets can be purchased on-site). Barbecues must be requested at reception and returned cleaned.
Accepted payment methods: credit card, Chèques Vacances, and cash.
6 – Miscellaneous:
The management of the campsite reserves the right to refuse any reservation, particularly in the case of an abnormal request, or to expel any person acting in bad faith. They will be expelled without refund.You are responsible for any theft, loss, or damage of any kind during or following your stay.
Pets are allowed except for 1st and 2nd category dogs, provided the vaccination record is up to date, and the owner agrees not to cause any disturbance on the site and comply with the campsite rules.
Each camper or tenant must comply with the campsite’s internal regulations, available at reception or on our website.
7 – Image Rights:
You authorize the campsite to use videos and photographs of you and all participants in your stay that may be taken during your visit for the campsite's advertising purposes (brochures, website, advertisements, etc.) without any time limitation. If you do not agree, please fill out the section below.“The campsite agrees not to damage your reputation or privacy. You also authorize the campsite to send you commercial information in compliance with the Data Protection and Freedom of Information Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978.”
